Butterfly pea 30g
A beautiful flower with links to Ayurvedic and Asian medicine. Said to promote healthy skin, hair and nails due to its antioxidant properties. It gives a lovely blue tint when added to water and will change to a purple hue if added to acidic ingredients like lemon or lime.
It is said to have anti oxidant properties that can help with healthy skin, hair and nails. Used in traditional ceremonies as a “protection” drink probably due to the same properties.
Comes in a vacuum pack of approximately 30g to ensure freshness.
How to Use
For a hot drink:
Steep a few flowers in hot water for 3-5 minutes on its own or mixed with other botanical flowers to create your unique relaxation ritual.
Sip slowly and enjoy.
For a cold drink:
Follow the steps above, then remove flowers and let sit until cool. Place in the fridge or add ice cubes to enjoy a refreshing cold drink.
Add lemon or lime slices to your drink and watch it transform to lovely purple hue.
