Bringing together international experts in energetic healing, clinical aromatherapy, and olfactory arts, the workshop is designed to support emotional well-being, mental health, and holistic care. Through a thoughtfully paced day of talks, hands-on sessions, and guided relaxation, attendees will explore how scent influences the nervous system, memory, and mood. The day is designed to be both educational and practical. Alongside the workshops, attendees can explore interactive stations including herbal teas, essential oil blends, and aromatic displays. The retreat concludes with a rooftop sunset relaxation session accompanied by a soundbath, allowing participants to integrate the day’s experiences in a calm and restorative environment.
