Workshops and retreats
Ticket Purchase and Payment
Tickets are available for purchase only through the official booking link provided.
No cash payments will be accepted.
An early bird price with a 25% discount is available until the states date of booking.
The ticket price includes:
All materials for the workshops
Light refreshments, snacks, meals, and all non-alcoholic drinks
Travel and Accommodation
The ticket price does not include travel to Egypt or transport to the event location.
Transport to the House of Kheops can be arranged on request. Please contact info@yatlina.com for details.
For guests arriving from outside Egypt who wish to extend their stay or join a tour of Cairo or other parts of the country, we can connect you with a trusted local tour agency.
A limited number of rooms at the House of Kheops are available at an extra cost on a bed and breakfast basis, offered on a first come, first served basis.
Refunds and Ticket Transfers
Tickets are refundable until three weeks before the event date.
If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person with prior notice sent to info@yatlina.com.
The organiser reserves the right to revoke or cancel tickets if necessary.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued minus processing fees.
Event Changes and Cancellations
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, speakers, or activities if required.
In the unlikely event of a date change, you will be given the option to transfer your booking to the new date or receive a refund.
If circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to cancel or postpone the retreat, attendees will be informed via email and WhatsApp, and full refunds will be issued.
Force Majeure
The organiser will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, public health emergencies, or acts of government.
Participant Responsibilities
Attendees are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance to attend the retreat.
Participants should avoid wearing strong personal fragrances to maintain a neutral aromatic environment.
The event is open to participants aged 18 and over.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour disrupts the event.
Health and Safety
Workshops include the use of essential oils and aromatic extracts. Please inform the organiser in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions.
All products and blends made during the workshops are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
Participation in any wellness activity is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing during the retreat.
Media and Photography
The event may be photographed or filmed for documentation and future promotional purposes.
By attending, participants consent to the use of images or recordings that may feature them, unless they request otherwise in writing before the event.
