Rosemary is one of the most versatile essential oils; depending on the chemotherapy of the plant, it can have a variety of uses.

The aroma is green and fresh with a slightly woody scent. Some varieties will also have a camphorous smell that makes you feel like your head is clearing up and fog is getting lifted.

It is one of the most historically used plants since ancient times, where it was always associated with higher learning and memory. This has been supported by various research studies in recent years where the essential oil was used to encourage memory retention and attentiveness (1)(2).
