How to Use
For a hot drink:
Steep one whole flower or a pinch of cut flowers in hot water for 3-5 minutes on its own or mixed with other botanical flowers to create your unique relaxation ritual.
Sip slowly and enjoy.
For a cold drink:
Follow the steps above, then remove flowers and let sit until cool.
Place in the fridge or add ice cubes to enjoy a refreshing cold drink.
